We're growing, and we're looking for a Manual Machinist to join our swing shift team and take on large-scale, hands-on machining with pride and precision.
Requirements
What You'll Be Doing:
- Operate large manual lathes, mills, drill presses, and other classic machining tools.
- Work on industrial components - big ones - from 36" swing and up.
- Machine parts to tight tolerances (±.001") in materials like steel, stainless, cast iron, and bronze.
- Interpret blueprints and verbal instructions to complete complex, custom jobs.
- Keep projects moving safely, skillfully, and on time.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience with manual machine tools (large format a plus!).
- You know your way around lathes, mills, and drill presses without supervision.
- Familiarity with different metals and precision machining best practices.
- Clear communication and problem-solving mindset.
- Your own machinist hand tools.
- Willingness to work Swing Shift.
