Job Description
The Retail Marketing Specialist is responsible for day-to-day management of retail marketing functions within JD Sports, Finish Line and Finish Line at Macy's stores in the US. This individual will effectively exhibit JD Finish Line's core values of Customer, People, Winning, Community, and Financial Responsibility in everything they do by performing the following main duties:
Partners with Retail Marketing Manager, Brand and Integrated Marketing teams to support and execute relevant marketing programs inclusive of print and digital needs execution, delivering appropriate specs, print production involvement and job management through tracking systems (such as Basecamp) and ensuring timely store delivery for print graphics and digital content deployment.
Supports store digital screens across JD and Finish Line Macy's. Responsible for working with appropriate Retail Marketing team members to understand the scope of the campaign, create and manage content creation tickets (Basecamp) and deploy content on launch day. Remove content from playlists when the campaign lifecycle has ended.
Manages Finish Line and JD US marketing budget processes through PO creation, COOP invoicing, and reporting.
Leads retail marketing efforts for moment-specific efforts, such as Tax Free Weekends, Holiday Gift Zone, Lease Required Advertising programs and other promotions.
Manages and updates the Coupon Maintenance system.
Manages Finish Line and JD Sports USA gift card programs, both internal and external channels, from creative project management, inventory and distribution.
Responsible for collaborating cross-functionally regarding any internal requests and creative needs for the Corporate Requests to include management through execution.
Additional duties and projects as required.
Required Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Marketing, Advertising or Communications from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience. 1-2 years of marketing, digital and/or retail experience required. Internal JD Finish Line experience strongly preferred.
Required Computer and/or Technical Skills
Should have basic to intermediate knowledge and abilities with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Should be well-versed and a power user of current social media platforms including Instagram, SnapChat and Facebook. Understanding of Google Cloud platform and tools helpful.

Average work week is 45-55 hours, which can vary depending on business need.
The work environment for this position is a moderately noisy office setting.
Spending approximately 20% time traveling (by air or land).
