Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)

• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)

• Ability to use inventory and accounting software along with Excel for tracking compliance

• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits

• Keep a clean and safe working environment in compliance with OSHA and EHS

• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment such as forklifts

• Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record

• If necessary, ability to drive a company vehicle to the surrounding areas

• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations

• Must agree to a background check

Skills

• Proven warehouse management experience
• Proficiency in inventory oversight, software, databases and systems
• Mechanically inclined (start a generator, jump start a battery, etc.)
• Familiarity with modern warehouse practices and methods
• Effective organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 35 pounds)
• Current forklift certification
• High school degree
• OSHA 10 and 30 certified within 90 days of employment (training provided)
• First Aid and CPR certification (training provided)

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts with possible overtime in coordination with field crews or current DR events
• Weekend availability
