Role Description
This is a full time, on-site role as a Floral Preservation Manager. As a crucial leader of our team, you will be primarily responsible for leading a team of skilled preservation specialists, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize the overall production process, and mastery of floral preservation processes.

Responsibilities

• Carefully prepare and press flowers using specialized techniques to best maintain their color, shape, and structure.
• Provide leadership training and feedback to the local preservation team, ensuring that the team works cohesively towards common goals.
• Maintain rigorous quality control standards to ensure the final pressed flower products meet the company's high standards of excellence.
• Act as a primary and trusted point of contact within your department, mitigating conflict when it arises in a prompt and compassionate manner. 

Requirements

• Experience in floral design, botanical arts, or a related field (preferred)
• Leadership or management experience, preferably in a production or creative setting
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to manage timelines and oversee production
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Confident in providing feedback to a creative team
• Comfortable with client-facing communication for custom orders
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
• Positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
