Job Description

As an Office Coordinator at Perkins&Will:

  • Provides administrative support such as receiving and distributing packages, coordinates shipping and couriers, maintain calendars, print documents, and answer phone calls.
  • Assists with scheduling and coordinating office meetings/events and internal/external social gatherings or functions. Coordination of these functions can include sending out invites, studio furniture set-up and office tours.
  • Assists in ordering/coordinating office supplies, food, coffee, and beverages.. Assists with keeping kitchen clean, stocked, and organized.
  • Maintains professional appearance of office café' area, conference rooms, and common areas.
  • Schedules and coordinates logistics for Lunch & Learns with reps.
  • Provides administrative support to various practice areas, including document and presentation preparation.
  • Coordinates travel logistics, handles expense reimbursements for senior management team and key leaders, and provides ad-hoc support.
  • Additional administrative duties and tasks as assigned.

Requirements

At the time of this job posting, the annual salary range for a full-time position in Minneapolis is between $53,600 and $68,300, commensurate with qualifications. This position is part-time and will be pro-rated accordingly.
