SUMMARY

The Local Bakery Marketer (LBM) for Nothing Bundt Cakes (NBC) will develop, lead and execute inovative local and community-based marketing strategies that drive traffic, enhance brand awareness and strengthen community relationships across the Albuquerque metropolitan area. The ultimate objective of this role is to get cake in mouths and drive sales and profitability while making genuine connections in the market. This individual will work closely with the bakery manager to ensure alignmment with brand standards and brand objectives while tailoring strategies to meet the needs of the local bakery. The LBM exemplifies NBC core values and serves as the key culture carrier to bring joy in the community while building the NBC brand. This is a career building opportunity for a serious candidate.

ACCOUTABIITIES/DUTIES

• Field Marketing with a Relentless Passion.
• Drive top-line sales and profitability by planning and executing 10 Bites of Joy weekly.
• Create genuine connections in the market by participating in Chamber of Commerce and community meetings.
• Engage frequently with local businesses to set up new orders aned accounts.
• Discover, coordinate and manage participation in local events that align with brand values and drive brand awareness through the community.
• Coordinate fundraising program and Books & Bundts program with schools and other community goups.
• Communicates with bakery teams all upcoming events, orders and fundraising.
