You'll Experience: Modern, well-equipped facilities with the latest technology Company-paid continuing education - advance your skills on our dime Collaborative, respectful workplace culture Opportunities for professional development and advancement Strong support system and mentorship Focus on work-life balance and employee wellbeing Schedule (days/hours) Monday-Thursday 8-5 and some Fridays as needed Responsibilities Assist the dentist during dental procedures, including surgeries, fillings, cleanings, and other treatments. Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment before, during, and after patient treatment. Take dental X-rays and ensure the proper handling and processing of images. Prepare materials for dental procedures (e.g., fillings, impressions, crowns). Provide chairside assistance, ensuring patients are comfortable and informed. Record and update patient medical histories and treatment plans in the dental software. Manage dental instruments and tools, passing them to the dentist as needed during procedures. Educate patients on post-treatment care and oral hygiene.
