The Role
- WARM LEADS – attend pre-scheduled appointments
- Discover customer needs and wants, pitch home-improvement solutions
- Total ownership of your income with uncapped bonus opportunities

The Pay
- Earn while you learn: $22/hr during the training period - Once Training is complete Pay will be 22/hr + 2% commission from all company generated opportunities and 22/hr + 10% commission from all self generated opportunities
- Average first-year earnings of up to $70k-90k

- Additional Requirements –
- Valid driver’s license, personal auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Willing to travel within designated sales territory
- Working cell phone with data
Job Requirements
- In home sales experience a plus HIS license preferred
- Technical measuring skills a plus, but not required
- Computer skills
- Excellent communication/presentation skills with a passion for selling
- Self-motivated, driven to succeed
- A professional image, high level of integrity
- Must have a valid Driver’s License, reliable vehicle, and car insurance
Additional Benefits
