Job Description
Who You Are:
We're seeking a VP, Product Design Lead to own and elevate the end-to-end product experience. This is a hands-on role responsible for setting the standard across surfaces-from product flows and system components to visual design and polish. You'll manage a small team and work closely with product, engineering, and brand stakeholders to bring elegant, intuitive experiences to life.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the execution of user-centered product design across web and mobile platforms
- Manage and mentor a small team of designers, supporting their growth and development
- Evolve and maintain a scalable design system that reflects best-in-class UX and UI
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a cohesive, high-quality user experience
- Drive a high standard of craft and clarity across every stage of the design process
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years of experience in product design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- A portfolio that reflects exceptional visual craft, systems thinking, and UX sensibility
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Deep expertise in Figma and component-based design workflows
- Experience working in fintech, crypto, or consumer-grade financial platforms is a plus
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and contribute at both strategic and executional levels
