About the Role

We are seeking an experienced DevOps & Infrastructure Engineer to manage and evolve the cloud-based infrastructure and deployment workflows supporting our enterprise website. This role is responsible for CI/CD pipelines, DNS and SSL management, platform monitoring, and infrastructure readiness across a multi-platform digital experience stack. You’ll work closely with developers, support, and IT teams to ensure secure, performant, and stable delivery of web services for global users

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage CI/CD pipelines for CMS, frontend, and integration deployments across staging and production environments

  • Configure and monitor infrastructure services such as DNS records, SSL certificates, caching/CDN layers, and domain routing

  • Collaborate with developers to support automated testing and release readiness

  • Maintain secure and scalable infrastructure configurations across multiple integrated platforms

  • Troubleshoot performance issues, deployment errors, and infrastructure-related incidents

  • Coordinate with security and compliance teams to ensure platform hardening and audit readiness

  • Monitor uptime, system logs, and usage trends across CMS and connected services

  • Support infrastructure requests during vendor onboarding, new integrations, or phased rollouts

  • Document infrastructure architecture, runbooks, and change control processes

Salary Range

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor within the US market. Actual salary may vary based on a number of factors including job location, job-related knowledge, skills, experiences, trainings, etc. We also offer incentive opportunities that reward employees based on individual and company performance.

Qualifications:

What We Want to See 

  • 10+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or web operations + STEM related Bachelor’s Degree (e.g., computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, etc.)

  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and Git-based deployment workflows

  • Experience with DNS configuration, SSL certificate management, CDN/edge cache strategies

  • Familiarity with platform-as-a-service (PaaS) environments

  • Experience supporting CMS platforms in multi-environment CI/CD setups

  • Familiarity with Akamai or other enterprise CDN platforms

  • Understanding of monitoring tools, log aggregators, and alerting strategies

  • Knowledge of secure deployment practices and rollback planning

  • Ability to support global uptime needs and coordinate deployments across distributed teams

Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd

  • Experience integrating cloud infrastructure with identity platforms (OIDC/SAML-aware routing, DNS zone control)

  • Exposure to Terraform, Ansible, or similar infrastructure-as-code tools
