Job Description

Can you navigate challenging communication scenarios to ensure positive outcomes, leveraging your exceptional communication skills? Then we're looking for you! Come join our international Fraud, Investigations & Enforcement team as our new Enforcement Specialist and help us enhance online trust and protect consumers and businesses worldwide.
As our Enforcement Specialist, you will work closely with our Disputes and Policy, Communications, and Content Integrity teams to uphold Trustpilot's trustworthiness and platform reliability. Leveraging your investigative skills, curiosity, and outstanding communication abilities, you will ensure businesses adhere to Trustpilot's guidelines effectively. Serving as our first line of defense, you will enforce business guidelines and safeguard the platform's trustworthiness.
What you'll be doing:
- Safeguard the Trustworthiness of our platform, by enforcing our business guidelines.
- Investigate and identify misuse, such as Fake reviews, Unfair review collections, Brand misuse, and other misuse of Trustpilot's features and tools.
- Navigate challenging communications and solve misuse scenarios to ensure positive outcomes and adherence to Trustpilot's guidelines.
- Act as a go-to person for other departments when it comes to Enforcement-related topics.
- Cooperate with departments across Trustpilot by sharing the expertise necessary for building fraud detection tools and technologies that help us to scale better and work more efficiently.
- Assist the Fraud, Investigations & Enforcement team with the development, identification, creation, and maintenance of policies and procedures for Enforcement operations.
- Maintain our open and safe team culture by actively contributing and promoting collaboration, trust, and respect among team members.
Who you are:
- 2+ years compliance, investigative, or similar experience
- Investigative mindset with a keen eye for detail and efficiency, while taking pride in handling every case.
- Capability to make informed decisions autonomously, while operating with a degree of decision-making independence.
- Able to work both independently and in a team whilst being enthusiastic and a self-starter.
- Excellent English communication skills and the ability to understand the nuances of communication with businesses.

- A competitive base salary ranging from $67,500 - 74,500 gross per year. This range doesn't include any variable pay, such as bonuses, awards made under Trustpilot's equity program, or other benefits.
