Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care to residents in the evening and on weekends.
- Assist with daily living activities, administer medications, and monitor patient health.

Requirements:
- Current LPN license in New York State.
- Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.
- Experience in long-term care preferred but not required.
