Customer Service Rep I. - 1 yr. contract assignment

Your Day-to-Day:
- Troubleshooting
- Handle escalated troubleshooting calls and provide advanced support for EV charger issues.
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers.
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
- Administrative Support
- Schedule and coordinate installation and maintenance appointments.
- Process online enrollment applications including reviewing photos to determine if they meet qualifications.
- Maintain and organize customer records.
- Perform various administrative tasks like data entry and filing.
Who You Are:
As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:
- Experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient with basic computer software and systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
