Job Description

NYC-based, in office 3x times per week.
June 2025 - September 2025


Aura is looking for a motivated and imaginative Creative Intern to join our in-house Brand team. This is an opportunity to roll up your sleeves and get hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative DTC environment.


As a Creative Intern, you’ll work closely with our team to bring ideas to life—whether you're assisting with brand visuals, organizing creative assets, or supporting day-to-day design needs. If you're curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about building a meaningful brand, we’d love to hear from you.

This internship is ideal for a student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in a brand-driven, design-focused environment. You’ll walk away with real-world experience, a sharper creative toolkit, and a solid understanding of what it’s like to be part of an in-house creative team.


 


Key Responsibilities and Expected Outcomes:



  • Work as part of in-house creative team to support projects, including email, commerce, retail, packaging, and print.


  • Assist with creative production, from prepping files to supporting shoots, retouching and asset delivery


  • Support the team with file organization and maintaining our digital asset management systems


  • Conduct image research and help source inspiration, stock photography, or competitive references


  • Pitch in on day-to-day tasks that keep the creative process running smoothly


  • You are a critical thinker and strategic problem solver.


Required Qualifications:



  • Must have a BFA in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field


  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Google Suite


  • Excellent organizational skills and sharp eye for detail


  • A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn


  • Curiosity, flexibility, and an appreciation for good design


Location Requirements:



  • In office 3-5 days a week. (30-40hrs a week)


Compensation and Benefits:



  • Compensation: $25/hour 


 



  • Collaborative, in person work environment


 



  • Lunch and snacks and snacks on us everyday in our NYC office
