Job Description
Senior Data Engineer - NIKE USA Inc. - Beaverton, OR. Develop information technology strategies, polices and plans; responsible for analysis, design, implementation, operations, and support of the organization's IT resources, systems, and software/database products; strongly advocate automation and monitoring at all steps of software construction, from integration, testing, releasing to deployment and infrastructure management; integrates and communicates moderately complex information, sometimes to audiences who are not familiar with the subject matter; act as a resource to teammates; utilize knowledge, skills, and abilities to identify areas of opportunity, resolve complex problems & navigate solutions; evaluate and selects the right course of action; and use a variety of skills including sophisticated research, analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from SD, VT, and WV.
Employer will accept Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Sciences and 2 years of experience in the job offered or an engineering-related occupation.
