We are looking for our next Culinary Director! This is a great opportunity to hone your skills in an environment where you'll be supported by a great team, as well as resident who will love the unique and wonderful menus you create! Our Culinary Directors:

  • Create a beautiful, delicious, and well balanced range of meals for our residents.
  • Help hire and train new Team Members, building a passion for the culinary arts!
  • Assist in the preparation of meals
  • Periodically review the menu and food service with our residents to ensure satisfaction and brainstorm new menu ideas!

What you need to succeed!

  • High school diploma or the equivalent education, training and experience. Culinary degree preferred.
  • Five years' experience as executive chef, chef in hotel, restaurant, club, or other similar employment.
  • Experience in menus for restricted diets.
  • Excellent oral, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge in all areas of local Health Department, OSHA, and other regulatory agencies.
  • Able to meet budgets and control costs.

Physical Requirements for the role:

  • The ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. occasionally
