Job Description

If so, we’re looking for you - a Studio Administrator to provide high-level administrative and project support, mentor administrative staff, and help drive efficiency and consistency across the Firm.

As a Studio Administrator, you will…
  • Direct, mentor, and oversee administrative staff performing project coordination tasks for architects within the Studio, improving workflows and supporting Studio leadership.
  • Oversee administrative staff performance and professional development in collaboration with Studio Leadership and HR.
  • Analyze Studio administrative methods to improve processes, identify cost-saving opportunities, and develop training materials.
  • Manage adherence to Studio and Firm-wide administrative standards, ensuring consistent communication and compliance.
  • Develop, review, and maintain Studio resources such as reports, forms, and checklists.
  • Coordinate administrative staff development and conduct onboarding/training for new Studio and Market employees.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on project management software (Newforma) and advanced Microsoft Office tools.
  • Assist with Studio administrative budget preparation and coordinate with HR, Finance, IT, and BD on initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support for other studios/offices as needed, managing services such as supplies, mail, and files.
The Must‑Haves (Required)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus relevant office experience, or High School Diploma with at least 7 years of executive administrative experience in a professional services environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
The Like‑to‑Haves (Not Required)
  • Proficiency with Newforma.
  • Experience in professional services or A/E/C environments.

Compensation $68,100-$90,000
