If so, we’re looking for you - a Studio Administrator to provide high-level administrative and project support, mentor administrative staff, and help drive efficiency and consistency across the Firm.

As a Studio Administrator, you will…
- Direct, mentor, and oversee administrative staff performing project coordination tasks for architects within the Studio, improving workflows and supporting Studio leadership.
- Oversee administrative staff performance and professional development in collaboration with Studio Leadership and HR.
- Analyze Studio administrative methods to improve processes, identify cost-saving opportunities, and develop training materials.
- Manage adherence to Studio and Firm-wide administrative standards, ensuring consistent communication and compliance.
- Develop, review, and maintain Studio resources such as reports, forms, and checklists.
- Coordinate administrative staff development and conduct onboarding/training for new Studio and Market employees.
- Act as a subject matter expert on project management software (Newforma) and advanced Microsoft Office tools.
- Assist with Studio administrative budget preparation and coordinate with HR, Finance, IT, and BD on initiatives.
- Provide administrative support for other studios/offices as needed, managing services such as supplies, mail, and files.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus relevant office experience, or High School Diploma with at least 7 years of executive administrative experience in a professional services environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency with Newforma.
- Experience in professional services or A/E/C environments.
