Job Summary

We're seeking an exceptional Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team. In this pivotal role, you'll shape our brand's visual identity across multiple touchpoints—from compelling event materials and digital campaigns to strategic sales enablement tools. You'll work at the intersection of creativity and strategy, bringing our brand story to life through impactful design. Duties/ Responsibilities: 

  • Sales Enablement Design: Craft persuasive sales collateral including one-sheets, case studies, executive reports, and capabilities presentations that drive business growth
  • Multi-Channel Creative: Design striking visuals optimized for diverse marketing channels—from social media campaigns and email marketing to web experiences and paid advertising
  • Event & Conference Materials: Develop memorable print and digital assets that command attention at industry events and conferences
  • Brand Consistency: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand expression and elevate our visual standards across all touchpoints
  • Strategic Design Thinking: Translate complex concepts and data into clear, compelling visual narratives that resonate with our target audiences

 

Experience:

  • 3-4 years of graphic design experience within a technology environment
  • Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • A standout portfolio that demonstrates versatility, creativity, and strategic design thinking
  • Exceptional attention to detail paired with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or interactive design is a plus
