Aria Care Partners- St. Louis, Missouri

Location: Your home market is within a 2-3-hour driving radius. Most facilities are within 2 hours or less.

Schedule: Monday through Friday (5 days/week)

Daily Travel Required: Yes - mileage reimbursement + lodging/meals as needed

What You'll Do

  • Arrive at each facility before the doctor to set up the mobile clinic
  • Escort patients (walking or in wheelchairs) to and from the exam area
  • Assist with vision pre-testing and eyeglass handling
  • Transcribe basic medical notes into our EMR system (training provided)
  • Travel to different partner facilities daily (up to 3 hours away)
  • Mileage reimbursement and paid drive time for extended travel
  • Overnight lodging and meals provided when travel exceeds 2.5 hours

Requirements

Who You Are

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and great with follow-through
  • Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Comfortable with long-distance driving and occasional overnight stays
  • Have 1+ year of relevant experience, preferably in senior care or healthcare
  • Physically able to assist patients or push wheelchairs (up to 200 lbs)
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet to enter medical notes
  • Professional in appearance and communication
