Mid-Level Estimator (Take-Off Analyst)

Job Summary
The Senior Takeoff Specialist is responsible for evaluating bid specifications and drawings, to ensure to ensure estimators have all the information required to submit an accurate and successful bid.
Essential Duties
Technical
- Analyze blueprints and plan specifications
- Count Light Fixtures.
- Create/Prepare Excel bid documents for pricing by senior estimating staff
- Ensure data remains current and up-to-date
Customer Service
- Maintain strong communications with project managers, project coordinators, estimating staff, sales staff and owners
- Communicate workload status as necessary to owners and sales staff
Education and Experience
- Experience with take-off software is required.
- Experience working with electrical plans is required.
- Ability to read and understand project blueprints and job specifications.
- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in English and in Microsoft Office Programs
- High School Diploma required
