Senior Director, Marketing Content and Programs
Location: Alpharetta, GA
Department: Marketing
Reports To: CMO
We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Director of Marketing Content and Programs to lead the development and execution of our global content strategy and integrated marketing programs. In this high-impact leadership role, you will oversee a team responsible for crafting compelling narratives, producing high-quality content, and launching campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and inquiries across the hospitality industry.
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of B2B content strategy for enterprise software and technology solutions, buyer journeys, and marketing program management. The ideal candidate can both ideate and execute, with strong positioning and writing skills that create marketing programs with persuasive inventiveness to make technological innovations understandable to non-technology professionals, and with the gravitas to build credibility among tech-savvy buyers. Solution marketing initiatives must resonate with multiple influencers and decision makers in complex enterprise technology buying processes in the hospitality industry. Creating persona-based content and campaigns for diverse targets is essential, including initiatives for: management companies; property operators and owners; general managers; chief financial officers; chief information officers; leaders of ancillary revenue centers such as spa, golf, club, food and beverage and fitness; food service management companies; and dining and inventory & procurement leaders for organizations such as universities, lifestyle communities, large corporate campuses; stadiums; theme parks and regional full-service restaurant ancillary resonate with hotel operators, property managers, and travel technology buyers.

Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Creation
- Own and evolve the end-to-end content strategy aligned with company positioning, product roadmap, and buyer personas.
- Lead the development of content across formats - digital and print advertising; website content; account-based marketing direct outreach through digital and physical content elements; blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, webinars, and thought leadership.
- Partner with subject matter experts and customer success to bring real-world hospitality stories and data-driven insights to life.
- Ensure brand consistency, tone, and quality across all marketing assets.
Integrated Marketing Programs
- Plan and oversee integrated marketing programs across digital, ABM, email, social, and events to drive pipeline and engagement.
- Manage editorial calendars, campaign timelines, and cross-functional coordination to ensure on-time execution.
- Work closely with Product Management, Product Champions, Solutions Engineers and Sales create credible, compelling and differentiating content and messaging across initiatives.
Collaboration
- Collaborate with Marketing Brand, Communications, Design and Customer Advocacy Leaders as well as cross-functionally with Executive Leaders, Product Leaders, Professional Services Leaders, and Sales to deliver cohesive, prospect-centric campaigns.
- Serve as a strategic partner to sales and leadership, ensuring marketing programs align with go-to-market objectives.
Performance & Optimization
- Define and track content and campaign engagement and response.
- Leverage tools such as Salesforce/Pardot, HighSpot, SMBcrm, and Google Analytics to measure response performance and refine strategies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
- 10+ years of B2B enterprise software marketing experience (preferably enterprise SaaS) with at least 3-5 years in a senior content or program leadership role.
- Proven ability to develop and execute a strategic content and campaign vision.
- Experience in hospitality technology marketing a strong plus, but not required.
- Exceptional writing, storytelling, and editorial skills with a deep understanding of content lifecycle and funnel impact.
- Track record of leading teams and cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proficient with content management systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
Licensing Requirement: Must be willing to complete all license applications, background checks, security checks and/or any other documentation and provide copies of any identification documents required by any State, Federal or Tribal governmental agency in order to maintain compliance with their laws and to successfully perform in the role.
