You will partner closely with Corporate Development, Total Rewards, People Partners, People Operations, and other cross-functional teams to scope and manage end-to-end integration plans that minimize business disruption, accelerate integration success and time to productivity, and enable a cohesive and frictionless experience for acquired employees.
Responsibilities

Lead other business critical, transformational projects/programs across TR and the People team as needed

Who you are
We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

5+ years of project/program management experience within an HR and/or M&A context, preferably at a high-growth tech company
A strategic mindset and approach to problem solving that is informed by data, experience, and Stripe's operating principles
Outstanding facilitation and communication skills; you guide project teams and workstreams from point A to point B in a way that's approachable, authentic, direct, and inclusive
Strong organization and project management experience; you love bringing order to chaos, connecting dots, and translating strategy into clear action plans
Passion for learning and continuous improvement; you're constantly looking for ways to make things (and people!) work more efficiently and effectively
The ability to adapt and manage competing priorities in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment; you're expecting change and excited for it to come your way
Comfort working both autonomously and cross-functionally; you're a self-starter and trusted partner who's able to influence people at all levels of an organization
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills; you use data to tell the story and share your recommendations in an easy to understand, logical, and impactful way
Preferred qualifications
Experience with change management frameworks (ex: Prosci ADKAR Model)
Experience with PM/collaboration tools like Asana and Slack
Intermediate to advanced Mac OS and Google suite skills (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Hybrid work at Stripe
Office-assigned Stripes spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for individuals and their teams.
Pay and benefits
The annual US base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $210,000. For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
Additional benefits for this role may include: equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; 401(k) plan; medical, dental, and vision benefits; and wellness stipends.
