Job Description

North South Consulting Group is seeking a Data Analytics SME to support a veteran’s transition contract by providing program performance measurement through comprehensive data analysis and visualization. This role is critical in translating raw data into actionable insights that drive program evaluation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, analyze, and interpret program-related data.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau and Excel.
Provide metrics and analytics support to program leadership and stakeholders.
Assist in refining data collection strategies and performance metrics.
Collaborate with IT and program teams to ensure data accuracy and security.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in public health, data analytics, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in healthcare or mental health data analytics.
Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS, Stata) and database languages (SQL).
Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization platforms.
At least 1 year of experience in managing and presenting mental health program data in a professional environment.
U.S. Citizenship

Desired Qualifications:

Experience supporting DoD or VA behavioral health programs.
Familiarity with HIPAA and data privacy standards.
Background in healthcare research analytics.
