📦 Warehouse Manager and Delivery driver

Overview:
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Warehouse Manager and Delivery driver to lead inventory operations, manage materials, and coordinate logistics that support HVAC, mechanical, and lighting retrofit projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, staging, and dispatching materials
• Maintain organized and safe inventory storage
• Track and manage inventory using internal systems
• Coordinate with project managers and field teams for job-site deliveries
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
• Schedule equipment maintenance and logistics for high-value materials
• Deliver equipment and supplies to job sites across the region
• Load/unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
• Assist with warehouse tasks including receiving, organizing, and staging materials
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance reporting
• Provide occasional on-site support to project teams as needed

 

Qualifications:

• 3+ years warehouse or logistics experience, preferably in construction or energy efficiency
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Forklift certification preferred
• Familiarity with HVAC or lighting materials is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Clean and valid driver’s license (CDL not required, but a plus)
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Dependable, punctual, and customer-service focused
• Knowledge of local roads and job site etiquette
• Experience with construction, HVAC, or electrical materials a bonus
