Senior Risk Analyst

TouchSuite is seeking a Senior Risk Analyst - Merchant Services to join our high-impact team.

🔍 What You’ll Do

• Develop and enforce risk scoring models for new and existing merchants
• Monitor and analyze credit card and ACH fraud patterns (e.g., card testing, refund abuse, velocity spikes)
• Lead chargeback mitigation efforts (VAMP, RDR, Ethoca, Verifi, etc.)
• Manage collections strategy for unpaid fees and negative balances
• Handle KYC/KYB, ID verification (Plaid, Jumio, Onfido), and OFAC/AML reviews
• Collaborate across teams to support merchant onboarding and risk-informed growth
• Analyze MCC/NAICS codes, validate TIN/SSN, enforce underwriting policies
• Leverage tools like TSYS, Fiserv, MATCH, SQL, Python, Excel, SAS

✅ What You Bring

• 5+ years in risk analysis or merchant underwriting (ISO or payment processing required)
• Expertise in fraud detection, chargebacks, and collections strategy
• Solid understanding of PCI DSS, ISO 8583, ISO 20022, and NACHA rules
• Technical skills: SQL, Python (pandas, plotly), R, Excel, SAS
• Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial setting
