Customer Service Focus - Remote Position
Position Overview
Remote Administrative Data Entry specialist with customer service duties. Combine data processing, administrative support, and customer assistance from your home office.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update customer data in company systems
- Process customer orders and service requests
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
- Maintain accurate administrative records
- Generate reports and data summaries
- Resolve customer account issues
- Support administrative operations remotely
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years administrative or customer service experience
- Typing speed 45+ WPM with accuracy
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Multitasking abilities in fast-paced environment
- Reliable internet and quiet home workspace
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Technical Requirements
- Updated computer (Windows/Mac)
- High-speed internet connection
- Headset for customer calls
- Dedicated work area
Compensation
- $16-22/hour based on experience
- Weekly pay available

Schedule
