Job Description
Cedars is a Coeur d'Alene icon floating on the Spokane River and known for steaks, seafood, and stunning waterfront views. We're looking for a skilled Line Cook to help us deliver consistently high-quality meals in a busy, well-run kitchen.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in clean execution, communicates well under pressure, and values consistency.
Job Basics:
- Location: Coeur d'Alene, Idaho
- Schedule: Full-time or part-time; evenings and weekends required
- Physical Requirements: Able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a warm, fast-paced kitchen
In This Role, You Will:
- Set up and maintain a clean, organized station
- Cook menu items to spec with timing and consistency
- Prep ingredients and assist with stock rotation
- Work efficiently with the team to keep service flowing
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times

- Strong line cooking experience—steakhouse or seafood a plus
- Calm under pressure and confident with volume
- Reliable, clean, and organized work habits
- Solid knife skills and attention to detail
