Job Description

YOUR MISSION

True Anomaly is seeking a Production Planner to develop and manage integrated schedules, track progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely program execution. Working with cross-functional teams, you'll optimize workflows, align production milestones, and support strategic decision-making to drive operational efficiency and mission success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, status, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to monitor progress, assess program status, and identify performance issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure established program baseline control processes are followed and meet business rhythms required to accomplish program control, analyses and forecasting objectives.
  • Use critical path methodology, risk analysis, and problem resolution to mitigate delays/issues that arise, communicate schedule impacts, and propose corrective actions to program partners.
  • Perform independent schedule risk assessments and mitigation planning. Support development of programmatic opportunities/risks and their mitigation strategies. Ensure mitigation tasks are in the schedule.
  • Generate schedule metrics and reports related to execution of the Program and provide monthly status in conjunction with Program Finance.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to maintain and coordinate vertical and horizontal schedule integration between supplemental schedules and the Program Summary Master Schedule.
  • Schedule presentations which may include presentations to Program Management, Executive Leadership Team, or customers.
  • Establish and conduct data and process quality assessments of planning products and prepare for surveillance reviews to ensure compliance with program performance management.
  • Provide assistance and guidance to program manager (PM) and engineering leads in developing appropriate schedule tasks, work-flow planning and summary roll-up task.
  • Identify and develop creative techniques to create, manage, and status an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) that integrates both waterfall and Agile methods from a diverse group of stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Scrum master certification preferred
  • Proficiency with Earned Value Management
  • Experience analyzing data
  • Producing and Delivering customer deliverables
  • Experience with Critical Path Methodology
  • Experience with audits and reviews
  • Strong communication, writing & presentation skills
  • Proficiency developing and managing hybrid schedules
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Proficiency with MS Project and JIRA

COMPENSATION

  • Base Salary:$80,000 - $145,000
  • Equity + Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, HRA/HSA options, PTO and paid holidays, 401K, Parental Leave

Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Work Location-Successful candidates will be located near Denver. While we observe a hybrid work environment, some work must be done on site.
  • Work environment-the work environment; temperature, noise level, inside or outside, or other factors that will affect the person's working conditions while performing the job.
