Embedded Software Delivery Coordinator – Commercial Vehicle Systems
We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to manage the deployment of embedded software solutions for commercial vehicle platforms. This position demands a strong technical foundation in software systems along with excellent organizational and communication abilities to drive efficient, high-quality software rollouts.
Key Responsibilities
Software Deployment Oversight: Lead coordination efforts across deployment steering meetings and maintain accurate documentation of decisions. Manage the complete software delivery lifecycle—from initial release through production, aftermarket integration, and remote updates.
Technical Liaison: Work closely with engineering teams to understand the functional value of each release, ensuring successful implementation across commercial vehicle products.
Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate progress, updates, and issues effectively with project stakeholders, including integration leads, program managers, and executive leadership.
Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve software delivery practices by identifying gaps and introducing industry best practices.
Risk Assessment: Track and assess potential risks to the delivery timeline, and proactively implement strategies to mitigate disruption.
Qualifications
Technical Proficiency: Solid background in embedded software development and deployment, especially in automotive or heavy-duty vehicle systems.
Project Coordination: Demonstrated success in managing complex initiatives with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong Communicator: Ability to translate complex technical details into clear messaging for diverse audiences.
Analytical Mindset: Skilled at identifying problems and formulating practical solutions to maintain workflow efficiency.
Industry Experience: Previous experience in software deployment or integration within the automotive, transportation, or mobility sectors is highly preferred.
Educational Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Salary Range: $75,000-85,000
The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience
