What You’ll Do:

You’ll play a key role in our accounting department, with responsibilities that include:

• Posting invoices and processing daily accounting transactions

• Reconciling vendor statements and preparing disbursements

• Making bank deposits and balancing accounts

• Preparing payments and verifying data in the system

• Assisting with month-end close and finalizing accounting data

• Following up on past due accounts and returned checks

What You Bring:

• Proven accounting experience—preferably in an automotive dealership setting

• Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) and payroll platforms

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team environment

• AR/AP experience preferred

• Accounting degree is a plus, but not required
