What You'll Do as a Mitigation Technician

  • Lead the cleanup and mitigation effort after disasters: water, fire, mold, and more
  • Deliver 5-star customer service in high-stress situations
  • Work hard, stay organized, and maintain clean company equipment and vehicles
  • Use mobile apps to document jobs and communicate with the team
  • Participate in the on-call rotation and be ready to assist in after-hours emergencies
  • Be a team player-step in and support other departments when needed

What You Bring to the Team

Required:

  • IICRC Certifications: AMRT, WRT
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset
  • Proficiency in mobile job documentation apps
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs frequently and work nights/weekends as needed
  • Fluent in English and authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred:

  • Additional IICRC certifications: OCT, TCST, FSRT, ASD
  • Prior experience with mold, lead, and asbestos abatement
