Job Description

We're looking for a strategic and people-focused Manager, Go-to-Market Talent Acquisition to lead our Sales & Marketing recruiting team. Our Manager, Go-to-Market Talent Acquisition will also help oversee the recruiting operations by managing our Recruiting Coordinators and the recruitment marketing strategies by working closely with our in house Marketing Team. This is a highly visible role that will shape how we attract, hire, and retain top revenue talent as we scale.

You'll serve as a key partner to GTM leadership, drive operational excellence across the hiring funnel, and lead initiatives that strengthen both process and employer brand.You'll play a key role in scaling the business by building high-impact teams that drive growth, customer retention, and revenue performance.

What You'll Do…

  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters focused on GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, etc.)
  • Partner with GTM leaders and Finance on headcount planning, role prioritization, and pipeline strategy
  • Build scalable hiring frameworks to support both high-volume and strategic hiring
  • Oversee the Recruiting Coordination function, ensuring timely, high-quality scheduling, strong communication with candidates and interviewers, and a consistent white-glove experience
  • Own and improve core recruiting systems (Greenhouse, Gem), processes, and workflows to support scale

About You…

  • 6+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, including 2+ years managing or leading GTM or revenue recruiters
  • Strong track record of hiring for SaaS sales, marketing, and GTM roles-ideally in mid-size or high-growth companies
  • Proven ability to develop recruiting strategies and scale operational infrastructure (ATS, workflows, metrics)
  • High EQ and executive presence-you're a trusted partner to leaders and a coach to your team
  • Analytical and metrics-savvy-comfortable using data to guide decisions, forecast pipeline, and report results
  • Passionate about employer branding, candidate experience, and inclusive hiring practices
  • Hands-on, technical experience working in Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter

Additional Information:

This position is based in Austin, Texas as the Talent Acquisition Team works in a hybrid capacity (2-3x/week at the AffiniPay HQ Office in Westlake).
