Job Description
Position Overview:The position of an Engineer III at All Systems Electrical encompasses a multitude of responsibilities. It includes designing, developing, and testing the manufacturing and installation of electrical equipment, components, and systems for industrial facilities.Engineer III Essential Duties and Responsibilities:·AutoCAD
- Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical
- Advanced block creation (Dynamic Blocks with CAT data attached)
- Schematic wiring
- Block intersection
- Panel layouts
- Bill of Material reporting
- Excel import and Export for batch text entry
- Thorough knowledge of NEC/NFPA 70
- Thorough knowledge of UL 508A requirements
- Ability to read, understand and communicate information from any electrical drawings to assist other trades (installers, Panel shop, etc.)
- Ability to create drawings using nonstandard componentry
- Relay logic panels
- Panels not using Allen-Bradley components
- Customer specification knowledge
- Strong Computer skills including Windows and Office applications
- Thorough understanding of circuit wiring
- FedEx Spec knowledge preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
$35–$50/hour, depending on experience
