Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

Where will you work: Onsite at our Wingate Facility (1295 Duette Rd. Duette, FL 34219)

The Electrical Maintenance Supervisor manages and direct maintenance activities for EIA Technicians and is responsible for executing asset health management tools such as PM, PDM, RCFA and others. Execute workflow (planning and scheduling) process. Manage and motivate maintenance technicians for higher engagement. Responsible for conducting audits and inspections. Reviews and authorizes work permits. Also responsible for ensuring safety, organization, and project standards are being met on projects. Also involved in maintenance, sustaining capital, and expansion commissioning activities.

What you'll do?

• Assist in identification of maintenance expense budget for the assigned area.

• Enforce internal work standards.

• Provide work direction to the team as well as timely and constructive feedback to ensure employees have a clear understanding of their work, roles, business goals and performance standards.

• Manage performance issues when necessary.

• Develop and coach employees to retain and grow organizational talent.

• Support employees in their career development at Mosaic.

• Execute all preventive and predictive maintenance job plans as per schedule.

• Execute weekly maintenance routine workflow schedule in the assigned areas of the facility.

What you'll need:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Supervising experience

• Maximo or other CMMS experience

• Related electrical maintenance experience

• Microsoft Office

• Journeyperson Electrician- Other certification
