Familiar with IEC 61800-3 Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Requirements for Adjustable Speed Power Drive Systems and supporting test standardsDesign for EMC to support scheduled product releaseWork closely with all project team members to ensure EMC compliant product designEvaluate product design concepts for EMC compliance and riskDetailed reviews of electrical and mechanical designs for EMC complianceConduct pre-compliance testing in lab to minimize risk prior to design releaseCoordinate and conduct EMC validation testing at 3rd party test facilitiesProvide relevant input to project leaders for project resource, schedule, budget, and test planning.What We're Looking For

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, with 12 months experience with R&D projects in a role of electrical engineer responsible for EMC verification and product compliance; with conducted and radiated emissions, immunity, burst, surge and ESD test and verification methods; and with EMC test & measurement equipment, such as spectrum analyzers, LISN, capacitive clamps, burst and surge generators and antennasIn lieu of master's plus experience, Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 3 years experience with R&D projects in a role of electrical engineer responsible for EMC verification and product compliance; with conducted and radiated emissions, immunity, burst, surge and ESD test and verification methods; and with EMC test & measurement equipment, such as spectrum analyzers, LISN, capacitive clamps, burst and surge generators and antennasWhat You'll Get from Us
