Electrophysiology (EP) Lab Technologist
Portland, Oregon (Onsite)
$100,000 to $140,000 per yea + $10,000 sign-on bonus + Paid Relocation
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Electrophysiology Technician to join our team at a leading medical center in Portland, OR. This is a full-time, day shift opportunity where you will play a crucial role in providing diagnostic testing and treatment for patients with heart rhythm disturbances. Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Procedures: As a member of our Electrophysiology Lab team, you will assist skilled physicians in performing a wide range of diagnostic and treatment procedures for heart rhythms such as Atrial Fibrillation, Atrial Flutter, Ventricular Tachycardia, and other arrhythmias.
- Technical Expertise: Utilize your knowledge to scrub into procedures, providing essential technical support during diagnostic and treatment sessions.
- Patient Care: Contribute to providing compassionate, patient-focused, and whole-person care for individuals with rhythm disturbances.
- Team Collaboration: Work within a collaborative and supportive team environment that prioritizes learning and mutual respect.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Education: Completion of education to meet certification, license, or registration requirements.
- License/Certification:
- Oregon Radiographer License (upon hire)
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (upon hire)
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association (upon hire)
- Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume arrhythmia service or cardiac cath lab.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification: RCES (Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist) certification within two years of hire.
