Who We're Hiring:
EMC Mechanical Services is searching for a Senior Plumbing Estimator to join our team! The Senior Plumbing Estimator is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the department estimators. This position's primary role is to assist the estimators in everything from drawing specifications to the completion of each trade's portion of a bid. Once the details for all needed trades have been combined, the Senior Estimator is responsible for delivering the final product to the Operations Director of Construction and the President of EMC.

What You'll Do:
- Complete mechanical piping estimates for projects.
- Set up and maintain records of all vendor and sub quotes for each project on the department's shared drive.
- Keep Bid Tracker up to date and monitor upcoming bid dates.
- Prep scope letters for Director's approval.
- Review all information and quotes submitted by the Estimators before combining trades.
- Send out bids and communicate with customer on any questions or concerns.
- Conduct site visits to ensure project is accurate.
