- Lead mitigation team to meet or exceed NPS (>70) and Scorecard (>73) compliance targets.
- Ensure jobs are completed on time, within budget, and meet Paul Davis and industry standards – compliance >90%.
- Coordinate team performance to achieve profitability goals.
- Lead mitigation crews performing water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, environmental services, and carpet cleaning/removal.
- Direct daily team huddles to ensure crews are prepared with clear priorities, equipment, and resources.
- Meet with clients and adjusters on-site to resolve issues and provide professional guidance.
- Re-inspect job sites for quality control and ensure compliance with Paul Davis and industry specifications.
- Deliver excellent customer service with empathy, urgency, and professionalism.
- Foster collaboration across departments and support other team members as needed.
- Ensure clean, organized, and properly stocked trucks and equipment are maintained at all times.
- Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as required.
- Represent the Paul Davis brand with professionalism, integrity, and leadership.
- Socially inclined leader with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Strong communication and listening skills; able to engage effectively with staff, customers, and partners.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Quick decision-maker with the ability to adapt to and lead through consistent change.
- Commitment to customer service with empathy and urgency.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude; dependable and resilient under pressure.
- Ability to lead individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Fluent in English; valid driver’s license with clean record.
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
