Part-Time Endodontist (1099) – Suburban Salt Lake City (Syracuse, Utah)

Position Overview

• Schedule: 4 days per week (flexible within Monday–Friday)

  • Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Friday: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM

• Compensation: Daily rate or per-procedure model — competitive and negotiable

• Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

• Support: Dedicated Endodontic Assistant + Specialty Treatment Coordinator

• Operatories: 2-column setup (Treatment + Consult)

  • 6–8 cases per day typical, treatment flow managed by the Endodontist
