What You’ll DoOn-Site & Field-Based RoleSales & Growth

• Build and maintain a portfolio of B2B clients by delivering exceptional service andmeasurable value
• Ensure every client receives a top-tier experience from the first meeting torenewal

Client Prospecting

• Identify new business opportunities through networking, on-field territoryoutreach, and referrals
• Engage prospects and guide them toward energy solutions that fit their needs
• Be comfortable with in-person interactions as client prospecting will mostly relyon a door-to-door sales approach

Energy Analysis

• Gather and review clients’ electricity usage data
• Provide cost-saving recommendations supported by metrics and usage insights

What We’re Looking ForYou don’t need prior energy experience—we will train you. We look for individuals whobring:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)

Compensation & ScheduleSchedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
• All holidays off

Compensation:

• Base + competitive commission structure
• Bonuses and performance incentives
• Gas reimbursement
• First-year average earnings: $40,000 – $80,000
• Top performers can exceed this range
