Engineering Manager (Site Reliability Engineering)

As part of the Infrastructure Engineering team-and as a people leader-you will be accountable not only for the health, stability, and reliability of Rokt's critical cloud infrastructure, but also for the growth and performance of the engineers who support it. You will lead and inspire a team of engineers, setting clear goals, providing frequent feedback, and conducting performance reviews calibrated to company-wide standards. You'll own the full lifecycle of our production platforms-design, build, release, operate, and continuously improve-ensuring they meet industry-leading SLAs for scalability, availability, and performance.

We are looking for a Engineering Manager (Site Reliability Engineering)

Target total compensation ranges from $375,000 - $515,000, including a fixed annual salary of $250,000 - $315,000, an employee equity plan grant, and world-class benefits.

Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.

About the Role:

• Drive strategic initiatives that harden our infrastructure while balancing cost and speed.
• Champion operational excellence by refining monitoring, alerting, and CI/CD pipelines, and by running high-quality post-incident reviews that convert learnings into preventative actions.
• Develop people and process through structured mentorship, pairing, technical design reviews, and by leading knowledge-sharing sessions that raise the engineering bar across the org.
• Represent Production Engineering in cross-functional forums-partnering with Product, Security, and Data teams to align roadmaps, negotiate trade-offs, and ensure client success.
