Enterprise Compliance Manager
Location: Hybrid within service area states of DE, MD, PA, VA, OH, GA, NC or FL, periodic travel as needed

What you'll be working on:
- Executes and monitors the Company's compliance and ethics program.
- Coordinates and collaborates with business units and other company functions to execute the program, including internal audit and risk management.
- Prepares reports for the risk management committee, senior leadership team, audit committee, and/or board of directors at least quarterly or as requested.
- Establishes and executes training programs for employees.
- Identifies and prioritizes compliance risks and designs controls.
- Develops and implements policies and partners with other departments, including legal and procurement, to develop and maintain a policy repository.
- Benchmarks the Company's compliance and ethics program against other organizations.
- Monitors developments in laws, regulations, and best practices and make recommendations to the Chief Compliance Officer based on same.
- As appropriate, assist in investigations involving compliance and ethics concerns.
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business-related field.
- Five (5) years' experience in a business-related role (compliance, risk management, legal, or audit preferred).
- Driver's License Not required, but will need to commute to assigned Company office regularly (as much as weekly) and travel to other Company facilities at least quarterly.
- Proficient in compliance and/or industry-specific laws and regulations preferred.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office tools (including Excel and PowerPoint), ability to design, strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in dashboard tools like Power BI or other platforms.
- Analytics, organization, problem-solving.
- Ability to interpret compliance data and trends.
