As an Entry-Level Assistant Manager, you’ll take on a dynamic leadership position supporting nationwide nonprofit outreach campaigns. You’ll guide your team, manage day-to-day event operations, and help deliver meaningful results for the causes you represent.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily campaign operations and outreach activities

  • Manage event logistics including scheduling, setup, and on-site coordination

  • Evaluate team results and provide actionable feedback for continued improvement

  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to campaign growth and sustainability

Who You Are

  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred

  • Background in retail, customer service, event marketing, or sales is a plus

  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills

  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to grow into a management role

  • Passionate about social good, advocacy, and community outreach

  • Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Open to a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
