Job Description
We are a dynamic event marketing and nonprofit fundraising firm that partners with impactful organizations to increase brand awareness, engage communities, and support meaningful causes. Through live events, grassroots outreach, and interactive brand activations, we help nonprofits connect with the public in powerful and memorable ways.
We’re seeking an Entry-Level Brand Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This role is perfect for individuals who are energetic, people-focused, and excited to start a career in brand marketing, event promotions, or community engagement. No experience is required—full paid training is provided.
Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of in-person marketing events and outreach campaigns
Represent nonprofit clients and effectively communicate their mission and brand message
Engage with event attendees, answer questions, and build positive relationships
Assist in setting up, operating, and breaking down event stations and branded displays
Collect donor leads and participation information for fundraising campaigns
Maintain a professional, enthusiastic, and outgoing presence at all events
Track engagement results and assist with basic reporting and administrative tasks
Collaborate with team members and leadership to enhance event performance and brand visibility
Participate in ongoing training sessions, workshops, and team meetings
Qualifications
No prior marketing or event experience required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable engaging with the public
Dependable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability, including some weekends
A desire to grow within the company and explore leadership opportunities
At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
