Entry-Level Compliance Support
Guardian Tax is looking for detail-oriented, motivated individuals to join our Compliance Team as Customer Service Callers. This role is perfect if you enjoy staying organized, communicating on the phone, and want a career path—not just another job.
Day-to-Day
Make outbound and inbound calls with IRS reps.
Document case updates accurately and on time.
Assist compliance staff by organizing files and handling secure documents.
Keep cases moving forward with accuracy and attention to detail.
✅ Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
6 months of customer service experience (preferred).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Tech-savvy with data entry and office software.
CAF # preferred, but not required—we'll provide training.
