VRC Construction is hiring a motivated Entry Level Construction Laborer to join our growing team in Orem, Utah. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in construction and gain hands-on experience on active job sites. No prior construction experience is required — we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general construction tasks on residential and/or commercial job sites
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Perform site clean-up and maintain a safe, organized work environment
• Support skilled tradespeople as needed
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
• Use hand and power tools under supervision
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Qualifications

• No prior construction experience required
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation to job sites in and around Orem
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Punctual, dependable, and safety-minded
