What You’ll Do
As a Solar Sales Consultant, you’ll meet face-to-face with homeowners to educate them on the benefits of solar and help them make confident, cost-saving decisions. If you're looking to get your feet wet in sales/marketing, this is the perfect place for you!
Responsibilities

  • * Conduct in-person consultations with homeowners 
  • *
  • * Educate clients on solar energy solutions and savings 
  • *
  • * Use CRM and proposal software to guide the customer journey 
  • *
  • * Manage your sales pipeline and follow up with leads 
  • *
  • * Work inbound leads and/or self-generate opportunities 
  • *
  • * Collaborate with the operations team for smooth installations 
  • Qualifications
    *
  • * High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred 
  • *
  • * Sales experience (solar, insurance, real estate, or phone sales) 
  • *
  • * Strong communication & active listening skills 
  • *
  • * Comfortable with tech (Zoom, CRMs, proposal tools) 
  • *
  • * Motivated, hungry to learn, and growth-oriented
