We provide high-quality leads, hands-on training, and the proven system you need to succeed. You’ll spend your first 8 weeks in our office learning the ropes, closing deals, and getting licensed if you’re not already. After training, you choose: keep the energy in-office or work from home with full support.
What You’ll Do:
- Connect with clients over the phone — no door knocking, no cold prospecting
- Follow a proven script to guide families through life and health insurance options
- Help clients complete applications and get approved
- Manage follow-ups and build relationships for renewals and referrals
- Use our CRM to track calls, leads, and your growing book of business
- Keep sharpening your skills through daily coaching and real-time feedback
What You’ll Get:

Who We’re Looking For:
- Good communicator who’s comfortable on the phone
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and ready to learn
- Coachable — you can follow a system and take feedback
- Organized and consistent with follow-ups
- No license? No problem — we’ll help you get licensed during training
- Background in sales, customer service, call center, or retail is a plus — but not required
