Entry Level Management Trainee

We’re hiring an Entry-Level Management Trainee to join our rapidly growing team and gain hands-on experience in event marketing, team development, and brand representation.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with the planning and execution of live promotional events

• Represent national brands at in-person events, activations, and community outreach campaigns

• Deliver professional, engaging messaging to educate and inspire customers

• Help with event setup, operations, customer interactions, and breakdown

• Gather and report customer feedback to improve marketing effectiveness

• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and promotional materials

• Collaborate with managers on campaign performance, team goals, and process improvements

• Handle light administrative tasks like campaign tracking and team communication
