About the Role
As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll help execute live event marketing campaigns that increase brand visibility, engage customers, and support impactful causes. This is a dynamic, hands-on role—no cold calling, no cubicles, and no repetitive tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and running promotional events, brand activations, and community campaigns
Represent clients at retail pop-ups, fundraisers, and outreach events
Engage customers and share brand messages with enthusiasm
Support marketing and sales teams with event logistics and coordination
Set up branded displays and manage materials
Track campaign results and suggest improvements
Contribute creative ideas to enhance engagement and event performance
Who You Are
Outgoing, personable, and comfortable interacting with the public
Strong communicator and collaborative team player
Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn
Adaptable and thrives in fast-paced, changing environments
18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Bonus: Experience in retail, customer service, or sales; coursework in Marketing, Business, or Communications
